I make sure that even with these complex builds, the cake remains juicy and stable. Just let me know your theme a few days early so I can source the right toppers and prepare the internal supports to keep your cake looking perfect until it is time to cut. Baking is my way of creating art that gets eaten, and modern designs allow for so much creativity. ### Why Choose Modern Designs If you want something hatke (different) from the usual, interactive cakes are the way to go. I love working on: - **Fault Line Cakes:** These show a peek of what is inside, finished with textured edges and elegant details. - **Comic Style Cakes:** These minimalist, hand-drawn designs are super trendy and look like they popped out of a storybook. - **Interactive Creations:** Whether it is a money-pulling mechanism for a birthday surprise or a photo-pulling cake for an anniversary, these designs are meant to get the party talking. ### The Technical Side Many people worry about how a complex-looking cake will taste. My promise is simple: the design is just the wrapper. Underneath those fondant accents, edible gold leaf, or cardstock prints, you get the same moist, 100% eggless sponges I am known for in Pitampura. For tiered or gravity-defying designs, I use food-grade internal dowels and sturdy supports to ensure everything stays upright. ### Making It Yours I need a little more time for these than my classic cakes. Reach out at least 2-3 days before your event. Tell me your theme—whether it is a specific hobby, a character, or even a funny inside joke—and we will figure out a design that matches your vision perfectly. No waxy aftertaste and no shortcut ingredients, just pure, homemade magic. ## About CakeArt by Kajal I am Kajal, and baking is my way of celebrating life from my Pitampura home.
