Whether it’s a 4-tier wedding cake assembled on-site at The Lalit or a quirky pressure cooker shape for a birthday, every bake is 100% eggless, fresh, and tailored to your specific vision. My kitchen in Pitampura is where all the magic happens. I focus on creating cakes that are as delicious as they are visually striking. Because I am a homebaker, I don't rely on frozen inventory; everything is baked fresh to order using premium ingredients. ### My Approach to Customization I love a creative challenge. Whether you need a specific superhero theme for a kid's birthday, a minimalist comic-style cake, or a sophisticated gold-leaf anniversary design, I bring it to life. My 'Featured' collection showcases the range of my work, including: * **Interactive & Modern Designs:** Money-pulling and photo-reel cakes that add an element of surprise to your party. * **Grand Wedding & Event Cakes:** I provide on-site assembly for tiered structures, ensuring your centerpiece arrives in perfect condition at your venue. * **Flavor-First Philosophy:** I use high-end Belgian Couverture chocolate, Lotus Biscoff, and fresh seasonal fruits like strawberries. No waxy aftertaste, just pure, rich ingredients. ### Why Choose My Eggless Bakes? Every single item is 100% eggless. This includes my light-as-air Japanese strawberry shortcakes and my dense, fudgy chocolate truffles. I maintain strict quality control, which is why I recommend booking 2-3 days in advance for complex designs. This gives me the time to source the right elements and ensure your cake is nothing short of perfect for your special day. ## About CakeArt by Kajal I’m Kajal, a homebaker in Pitampura who believes every cake should be an edible piece of art.
