Think crisp, handcrafted lavash and dips made from scratch, perfect for when you need a break from sugar. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Here's a detailed look at my savory lavash platter. It includes Jowar Onion Lavash, Beetroot Crackers, Cheesy Bites, and Bajra Methi Lavash, all served with my homemade Sour Cream & Onion and Nachos Cheese dips.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/33e83d5a-3a5a-4017-8bf2-5ff580397481) ## About Not Just Sweet: Savory Bites & Platters I do not buy store-made crackers, and I certainly do not use packet mixes for my dips. Every platter you see, whether it is the Jowar Onion Lavash or the Beetroot Crackers, is rolled, cut, and baked in my kitchen. When you order these, you get them fresh, meaning they stay crunchy because I do not prep them days in advance. My kitchen is not just about sugar and frosting. I started making these savory boards because I realized that for every festive hamper or party box, you need balance. You cannot have just sweetness overload. ### The Process Everything starts with raw, wholesome ingredients. I use Jowar (sorghum) and Bajra (pearl millet) for the lavash because they offer a texture and nuttiness you will not find in mass-produced store packs. The beetroot crackers get that natural pink color from real vegetable puree, not artificial food coloring. ### The Dips The Sour Cream and Onion and Nachos Cheese dips are house-made. They do not come out of a jar. This means they do not have long shelf lives or preservatives, so I recommend consuming them within a day or two of delivery to keep that creamy consistency perfect. ### Why Choose These These platters are great for office snacking, intimate house parties, or when you want a grazing board feel without the hassle of arranging it yourself. They are 100% eggless and contain no hidden nasties. If you have a specific event, like Diwali get-togethers, corporate lunches, or just a weekend movie night, let me know. I can scale these platters to fit a small group or a large crowd. Just remember, these take time to craft, so please do not ask for a last-minute order. ## About Cake Your Way Hey, I am Aanchal. My kitchen is usually covered in flour, and these savory boards are my secret pride. I believe a good snack spread should be just as carefully made as a birthday cake, so I put the same amount of heart into every cracker and dip.
