Every treat here, from our signature 'Death by Chocolate' to our fresh strawberry cheesecake, is made right at our South Point Mall kitchen with a focus on rich, premium ingredients rather than mass-produced fillers. My dessert bar is where I spend most of my time, experimenting with flavors and perfecting textures. Whether you are craving the classic comfort of a Black Forest pastry, a slice of tangy blueberry cheesecake, or a towering waffle topped with Nutella and ice cream, my goal is to make every bite feel like a treat. ### Freshly Baked, Always Unlike standard bakeries, everything you see here is prepared daily. I take pride in the quality of my ingredients—using real fruit compotes for my cheesecakes and rich, high-quality chocolate for my ganache. You will not find overly processed elements here; just honest, delicious desserts that taste like they came straight out of a home oven. ### Custom Cakes for Every Occasion Beyond the cafe treats, I specialize in designer cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, and small gatherings. If you have a specific theme or flavor in mind, I can bring it to life. Because I manage the kitchen directly, I can accommodate tight turnarounds. If you need a cake delivered within 4 hours, just give me a call, and I will make sure it is ready for your special moment. ### Pairing Your Dessert My bistro is designed to be the perfect place to enjoy these sweets. If you are dropping by, pair your dessert with one of our signature hot chocolates or artisan coffees. It is the best way to enjoy our vintage interiors while you slow down and savor your dessert. ## About Sweet Obsession I started Sweet Obsession to bring a slice of Paris to Gurugram, and this dessert bar is where I pour all my creativity. Every pastry and cake you see here is made with the same love I put into my own home kitchen. Come by to share a dessert or let me bake something special for your next big moment.
