I spend time understanding your vision—whether it is an 80th birthday golf theme or a whimsical toy box for a first birthday—to sketch out the fondant details and color palette. Since I handle the design personally to ensure every hand-painted element is perfect, I recommend reaching out a few days before your event to secure your slot. ### The Art of Your Celebration Every cake that leaves my kitchen is baked to be the centerpiece of your gathering. Unlike mass-produced desserts, my process starts with a conversation about exactly what you are celebrating. If you have a specific theme in mind, such as a tropical flamingo party or a sophisticated book-shaped design, we discuss the narrative first. I focus heavily on texture and edible art, using high-quality ingredients to ensure the taste matches the beauty of the design. ### Parisian Cafe Experience Beyond custom cakes, my menu reflects the Parisian cafe spirit I have built here in South Point Mall. You can pair your celebration planning with a visit to try my signature desserts, like the plated chocolate delights or warm, baked lasagna. ### Common Questions About My Process * **Design Themes:** I handle everything from kids' birthday themes—think pandas, dinosaurs, or stars—to elegant anniversary designs. * **Personalization:** I offer custom fondant work, hand-painted details, and sugar flowers. If you have a reference image, I can adapt it to fit my signature style. * **Timing:** Because every piece is handcrafted, please reach out as early as possible to finalize the design. * **Venue Planning:** My cafe doubles as a Parisian-style space for intimate events. You can combine your cake order with a private dining experience in one of my signature nooks, like the bathtub or fireplace area. ## About Sweet Obsession I am the heart behind Sweet Obsession, a little corner of Paris I brought to Gurugram.
