You are getting a team that treats your event like their own. Whether it is a chef plating a three-course meal in your dining room or our staff managing a wedding with hundreds of guests, the difference is in the people who show up. We focus on rigorous training, clear communication, and a shared commitment to making sure you can actually enjoy your own party. Success in catering is rarely about just the food. It is about the hundreds of decisions made behind the scenes. Founded by us, Ambika and Alice, CAARA has always been a company led by women who believe in hands-on leadership. We are proud to have been recognised as the Best Luxury Caterer for North India, but that award sits on a shelf. The real work happens in the kitchen and on the event floor. Our team is the engine room of our operation. - **The Chefs:** They are the ones who source local ingredients, handle the prep, and maintain consistency whether we are feeding ten people or five hundred. They understand that a dish is only as good as the last plate served. - **The Service Crew:** Often the unsung heroes, they manage the guest experience. They are trained to anticipate needs, handle glassware, and ensure the flow of the event remains smooth from the first welcome drink to the final coffee service. - **The Managers:** They are your point of contact, ensuring that every detail we discuss in the planning phase is executed on the ground. We recruit based on passion and train for excellence. When you see our team at an event, you are seeing people who have been with us through the high-pressure environment of event planning. We push ourselves to be better, faster, and more creative with every single booking. If you have questions about how we manage service ratios or how our chefs operate in home kitchens, just reach out. ## About Caara We founded CAARA to bring real, honest food to your table. It is not just about us—our team of chefs and service staff are the ones who pour their energy into every event, ensuring everything runs smoothly while you relax.
