We do not just hire for skills, we build our kitchen around people who share our obsession with fresh, chemical-free produce and honest cooking. When you work with us, you are engaging with a team that cares about the details as much as the final result. Building CAARA was not just about starting a food business, it was about creating a space where passion for ingredients meets professional execution. Founded by us—Ambika and Alice—our company is driven by a deep-rooted belief that the best catering comes from a team that actually enjoys what they do. From our busy kitchens in Delhi and Kolkata to the events we manage across the country, our team is the engine of everything we serve. You will often find our chefs and staff in the thick of the action, whether they are plating a delicate dessert or arranging a grazing table with the same care we use in our own homes. We are incredibly proud to have been recognised as the leading luxury caterer in North India, but the real reward is seeing the women who work with us grow in their roles. Whether they are mastering our signature recipes or managing complex logistics for large-scale events, every team member brings something unique to the table. When you choose CAARA for your event, you are not just getting a caterer; you are partnering with a crew that values quality, sustainability, and real hospitality above all else. ## About Caara We are Ambika and Alice, the founders of CAARA. We built this company to be exactly what we wanted for our own tables: honest, ingredient-first food served by people who truly care about the craft.
