## About Our Story: The Farm & The Team

Every dish we serve at CAARA starts at our own chemical-free farm, where we grow our own basil, asparagus, and herbs. When we are not harvesting it ourselves, we source specific ingredients like Swiss pizza flour or San Marzano tomatoes to match the standard of our European-inspired menu. It is this commitment to the origin of every ingredient that defines the taste of everything we put on your plate.

### Rooted in Real Food
CAARA is not just a catering service or a cafe chain; it is a collaborative project born from a love for honest, high-quality ingredients. Founded by Ambika Seth and Alice Helme, our brand is driven by a simple belief: food should make you feel as good as it tastes. We have stripped away the refined sugars and chemical-heavy farming practices to focus on what matters—the flavour of the produce itself.

### Our Farm-to-Table Philosophy
Our farm is the engine room of our creativity. We grow much of our own produce, including fresh herbs, asparagus, and greens, using sustainable practices. This means that when you order our pesto pasta or fresh salads, the basil in the dressing was likely harvested just hours before. For ingredients we cannot grow in our local climate, we are uncompromising. We import Swiss flour for our pizzas and authentic San Marzano tomatoes for our sauces because those specific origins change the final result.

### The People Behind the Plate
While our menu features seasonal European cuisine, the true secret is our team. From our kitchen staff who work with precision during service to the women who lead our organization, every plate reflects a collective effort. We believe in empowering our staff and fostering a workspace where creativity thrives, whether we are managing a private dinner at The Dhan Mill or delivering gourmet hampers across Delhi. We have been recognized as the best luxury caterer in North India, but we take the most pride in the daily feedback from our guests who recognize the care put into every meal.
