Whether you are joining our standard fitness batches or the competitive sparring squad, you will notice that we prioritize controlled landing and precise reflex training over memorizing patterns alone. Our Taekwondo program is rooted in the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) curriculum, led by Master Pradeep Janardhana, a 7th-degree Black Belt with 30 years of experience. We structure our training into two distinct tracks to serve different goals. ### The Training Tracks * **Standard Training:** Ideal for beginners and intermediate students. This track builds core strength, flexibility, and the foundational discipline of martial arts. Sessions occur twice a week and focus on Tuls (patterns), stances, and basic defensive maneuvers. * **Competitive Coaching (Team BTA):** Designed for Green Belts and above who want to pursue competitive sparring. This track involves high-impact cardio, reflex drills, and video analysis of fighting techniques. Admission to this squad is based on potential and requires 75% attendance to ensure the squad maintains its high standards for district, state, and national trials. ### Why Certification Matters We provide globally recognized ITF certifications. This is not just a badge; it is a formal validation of your skill level that carries weight for future academic and athletic opportunities. Our Banaswadi centre is equipped with appropriate flooring to ensure safety during sparring. We maintain a group batch size of 15 to 25 students, allowing our instructors to provide personal feedback on your stance and strike accuracy.
