We push our players with AFC-licensed coaching and video analysis, but we make sure every child feels supported, like part of the family. You will see us teaching positioning and game reading, not just endless running, because we want your child to play smart, not just hard. Our academy program is designed to build complete players through our motto: Vega, Shaurya, Vijaya. Speed, Courage, and Victory. We break our training into two distinct streams based on age and commitment level to ensure your child gets the right attention. ### Foundation & Development (U7-U13) At this stage, we focus on technical fundamentals. We want your child to feel comfortable with the ball at their feet. Sessions are held at Rush Arena in Cooke Town, focusing on dribbling, passing mechanics, and small-sided games. We keep groups small, so every player gets individual attention from coaches who have active senior experience. ### Elite Apex Performance (U15-U17) For older players ready for more intensity, our elite program at full-size pitches like SAI Ground ramps up the pressure. We introduce advanced tactical setups, sports science, and video analysis to correct mistakes. This program is for the serious player who wants to bridge the gap between amateur football and our BTM FC senior squads. ### The Pathway We are not just a one-off coaching class. We provide a direct pathway from our youth setups to our KSFA A-Division senior team. Whether your child is playing for fun or dreaming of ISL reserve teams, we provide the environment, the gear, and the match exposure to get them there. If you are serious about football, we are ready to help you grind. ## About BTM Football Club We are BTM FC, the Red Lions. We aren't just here to teach football; we are building a home for the next generation of players. Our coaches are here to support your child, both on the field and in their personal growth.
