You will see the reality of our senior team's preparation: the high-intensity drills at SAI grounds, the tactical video analysis sessions, and the pressure of competing in the BDFA 'A' Division. This is where our academy prospects test themselves against the best in Bengaluru. Since 2009, we have built BTM FC into a family that values grit over glamour. Our senior team competes in the BDFA 'A' Division, and this cluster gives you a look at what it takes to wear our jersey. It is not just about the match day performance. It is about the early mornings at SAI Grounds, the demanding strength and conditioning routines, and the constant tactical feedback from our AFC-licensed coaches. We don't hide the tough parts. You will see players pushing through fatigue, coaches breaking down match footage frame-by-frame, and the squad bonding after a difficult loss or a hard-fought draw. For young players in our Rush Academy, this is the destination. We create a real pathway for you to move from youth football to our senior competitive squad. If you are serious about playing at the state level in Bengaluru, this is the environment you need to be in. We value speed, courage, and victory, but we prioritize the process that gets you there. ## About BTM Football Club We are BTM FC, the Red Lions. We have been fighting on the Bengaluru football circuit since 2009. This senior squad is the heart of that struggle and joy, built on the belief that if you work your socks off, the result will follow.
