We run a pathway. If you’re under 13, you’ll be focused on ball mastery and small-sided games at our Cooke Town arena. If you're 18+ and ready for the grind, our Elite Apex program at SAI grounds provides the video analysis and strength conditioning you need to scout for our KSFA A-Division squad. Pick the level that matches your ambition. ### Your Path, Our Process At BTM FC, we believe in a clear, transparent route from grassroot training to professional play. We started in 2009 with one mission: Vega, Shaurya, Vijaya (Speed, Courage, Victory). Today, that spirit drives everything we do. ### Academy Programs **The Foundation (U7–U13):** This is where you learn to love the game. We focus on technical fundamentals, dribbling mechanics, and ball mastery. We keep groups small, ensuring every kid gets personal attention from our AIFF-licensed coaches. Sessions happen three times a week at Rush Arena, Cooke Town. **The Elite Apex (U15–U20):** This is for the serious ballers. We train four times a week on full-size pitches, focusing on advanced tactical setups, positional play, and psychological conditioning. This program includes sports science, nutritional guidance, and video analysis to correct tactical errors. Top performers are scouted directly for our BTM FC Senior Team (KSFA A-Division). ### Why Train With Us? * **Real Pathways:** We are not just a coaching center. We are a football club with a professional A-Division team. Our best youth players feed directly into our senior scouting system. * **Experienced Coaches:** You’ll be guided by AFC 'A' or 'B' License holders who have spent years in the Indian football circuit. * **Data-Driven Development:** We don’t guess; we analyze. Through match footage and physical assessments, we track your growth and show you exactly where to improve. If you have the drive, we have the space for you. Come down for an initial skill-gauging session and see if you’re ready for the grind. ## About BTM Football Club We are BTM FC, the Red Lions.
