Whether it is pickleball bonding sessions or tactical video briefings, we focus on building trust off the field so that we play as one. When you train with us, you become part of the Red Lions family, not just a player on a roster. Since 2009, we have been fighting for Bengaluru football. We believe that true performance comes from the strength of our squad, which is why our training extends beyond the grass. We integrate video analysis, tactical workshops, and team-building events at Rush Arena to keep our chemistry sharp. When we are not grinding in the BDFA A-Division league, we are hosting jersey unveils or trivia nights that bring the team together. We keep our standards high: - Professional guidance: AFC licensed coaches lead our sessions, whether you are in our U18 setup or the senior squad. - A supportive environment: Our motto, 'Vega. Shaurya. Vijaya.' (Speed, Courage, Victory), guides everything we do, from recovery physio to tough match-day decisions. - Genuine backing: We actively develop local talent, and our players consistently say, 'Avaru namge support madthare' (They really back us).
