We do not just train for raw skill, but for the stamina and team chemistry required to compete in the KSFA A-Division, where every ball contested matters. Our approach to match day is built on years of experience, dating back to 2009. We rely on a structured system where our coaches—all AFC license holders—break down performance through video analysis after every game. This ensures players are not just playing, but evolving. Whether we are competing in the KSFA A-Division or playing friendly matches, the goal is to maintain the identity of the Red Lions: intensity, courage, and victory. For players interested in joining, these match clips show the level of play you will encounter at our senior and feeder clubs. We focus on a clear pathway from youth to pro, and our match days are the testing ground for this progression. Our senior squad trials and academy training programs are designed to replicate this intensity, ensuring that when you join our ranks, you are ready for the pressure of competitive football. ## About BTM Football Club We are BTM FC, the Red Lions. We believe football is family, and every match is a chance to prove our mettle. We bring the same fight and focus to every minute on the pitch.
