We care about your drive to learn. Whether you are aiming for your D-license or just want to start with grassroots, our mentorship puts you on the field with our U7 to U12 squads so you can see how real development happens, not just how it looks in a textbook. ### Practical Coaching Experience We don't teach from a whiteboard. You learn by doing. Our coaching pathway is split into two distinct tiers to match your current level of experience and career goals. **3-Month Grassroots Coaching Internship** This is for those just starting out. You get 12 weeks of hands-on, on-field learning with our U7 to U12 batches. You will assist in sessions three times a week, learning how to handle kids, run drills, and identify talent. By the end, you earn a Rush Academy Grassroots Certificate and a guaranteed interview for a junior coach role. **6-Month Pro-Pathway & Analytics Mentorship** This is for serious coaches looking to reach the next level. You work directly under our AFC 'A' License coaches. You will be in the dugout for U17 and reserve team matches, acting as an assistant analyst. We teach you how to use video analysis to break down match footage, run pre-match activations, and prepare for your AIFF D or C license exams. ### Why Train With Us? - **Real Mentorship:** You work alongside coaches who have spent 20 years in the game, not just theory teachers. - **Pathway to Pro:** We don't just train you; we look for talent. Successful interns often find a place within the BTM FC structure. - **Supportive Environment:** We are known for our motto, 'Avaru namge support madthare' (He supports us). You are treated as part of the family, not just an employee. Whether you are based in Kengeri or Cooke Town, our grounds are where the real work happens. If you are ready to put in the hours and learn what makes a club tick, we have a spot for you. ## About BTM Football Club We are BTM Football Club, the Red Lions. We have been in the game since 2009, fighting our way from the C Division to the A Division. We look for coaches who treat football like a family business, not just a job.
