We integrate video analysis and tactical mentorship into every session so you understand the game. When you join our Rush Academy, you work directly under AFC-licensed coaches who break down your performance, ensuring you learn to make better decisions in the final third, just like our senior BTM FC squad. Football coaching at BTM FC is built on the belief that talent needs both opportunity and a clear, structured path. We have been in the game since 2009, and we have learned that the best development happens when you combine tough, technical training with a supportive environment. ### Our Training Approach We run programs for everyone from U7 children to senior athletes. Our coaching staff includes AFC 'A' License holders who bring over 20 years of experience to the pitch. We utilize modern tools like video analysis to review match footage, helping players spot errors and improve their positioning. You will find us training at locations like Rush Arena in Cooke Town and the SAI Football Ground in Kengeri. ### The Rush Academy Pathway Rush Academy is our dedicated youth-to-pro program. We focus on: - **Technical Mastery:** Passing, dribbling, and shooting drills that reflect real match scenarios. - **Tactical Intelligence:** Learning to read the game, especially in the final third. - **Professional Pathway:** Our elite programs offer a direct route for top performers to trial for our BTM FC 'A' Division senior team. ### More Than a Club We operate on the principle of 'Vega, Shaurya, Vijaya'—speed, courage, and victory. This is a family where every player is supported. Whether you are a young kid just learning to kick a ball or an aspiring professional, you get the same quality of gear, grounds, and mentorship. We focus on building a community where our players feel they can grow, and as many of our athletes say, the support here is real. ## About BTM Football Club We are the Red Lions of BTM FC, and we have been building this football family since 2009. We treat every player like one of our own, making sure you get the same support whether you are starting out in our grassroots batches or pushing for a spot in our senior squad.
