It requires adhering to a strict 10-month curriculum involving over 160 high-intensity training sessions. Unlike casual pick-up games, our squad focuses on tactical discipline, video match analysis, and physical conditioning, ensuring every player is prepared for the demands of a full-size professional pitch. The images you see here are more than just photographs from a match. They represent the culmination of our year-round effort to compete at the highest amateur levels in Bengaluru. Competing in the BDFA A-Division is a test of character. It is where our players transition from the training ground at SAI Kengeri or Cooke Town into the reality of 11-a-side competitive leagues. Our approach is built on three pillars: Vega (Speed), Shaurya (Courage), and Vijaya (Victory). You will notice that our match days are intense, characterized by tactical adjustments and physical battles against established teams like Parikrma FC or Roots FS. We do not look for shortcuts. Players in our squad are held to high standards, which is why we incorporate regular Strength and Conditioning sessions and professional physio support to keep the team match-fit throughout the season. For a young player, watching these photos should give you a clear idea of what the 'Pro-Pathway' actually looks like. It is not just about skill; it is about resilience. Whether it is rallying with 9 men on the pitch or securing a stoppage-time winner, these are the moments that shape a footballer. If you have the drive to put in the work and the hunger to compete in the A-Division, this is the environment you need to be in. ## About BTM Football Club We are BTM FC, the Red Lions. We have been fighting for our place in Bengaluru football since 2009, and we are always looking for players who want to work their socks off. We are a family that supports every player, from our youth academy to our A-Division squad.
