Whether it's our signature KICK-BOX-CON sessions where you can torch stress along with calories, or our strength training classes, the focus is always on real, functional movement. If you are new to boxing, don't worry about looking the part—we focus on your technique, your form, and your confidence. You’ll find people here who genuinely care if you show up. We hold each other accountable without the pressure of a drill sergeant. We keep things simple. You’ll need your own boxing gloves and wraps for hygiene, but everything else is provided.
