My sessions are built for complete beginners, so you do not need to worry about skill; we focus on the meditative process of creating while letting you explore your own style at a relaxed pace. ### Art as a Therapeutic Escape Many of us live such fast-paced lives that we forget how to simply play. My sessions are designed to break that cycle. You do not need to be a pro to pick up a brush. In fact, some of the most beautiful work I see comes from people who tell me they have never touched a canvas before. ### What Happens in a Session? * **Zero Judgment:** There are no mistakes in art, only variations. If a line goes crooked or a color blends the 'wrong' way, we embrace it as part of your unique story. * **Fully Equipped:** I handle all the logistics. I bring heavy body acrylics, stretched canvases, synthetic brushes, and disposable aprons so you do not have to worry about the mess or the preparation. * **Step-by-Step Guidance:** While you are free to paint what you feel, I am always there to teach you the fundamentals of color mixing and brush control. Think of it as a guided meditation where you end up with a painting. ### Why It Works for Everyone Whether it is a corporate team-building event, a kid's birthday party, or a relaxing sip and paint social, the objective remains the same: to provide a break from the grind. Kids develop motor skills and confidence while drawing, and adults get to hit the 'pause' button on their stress. It is about connecting with yourself, having a laugh, and walking away with something you created with your own hands. 😊 ## About Ayushi Kabra I'm Ayushi, and I believe art is for everyone, regardless of skill.
