It is because the fruit mix is soaked in juices and rum for at least a month before we even think about baking. We believe the real magic isn't in a shortcut, but in letting time do its job. The 'crumble' is real in our kitchen, and we aren't afraid to show it. Whether we are hand-painting diyas for Diwali hampers or stress-testing a fondant design for a birthday, we document it all because you deserve to know what goes into your order. We even stopped delivering massive multi-tier cakes because we couldn’t risk a single crack; now, we come to your venue in Gurugram to assemble it right there, on the spot. From our 190-box bulk orders to the tiny batch of Belgian Truffle jars, the hustle remains the same. Our kitchen is always full of fresh ingredients—no pre-mixes, just real pineapples, roasted nuts, and patience. When you order from us, you aren’t just getting a box of sweets, you are getting a part of our bakery life. We want you to see the effort, because for us, client happiness is the best part of the job. ## About Brown Bakery We are a husband-wife team with a crazy kitchen crew, and we love a good baking challenge. Every order, from a simple cupcake to a complex custom theme, gets our full attention and a personal touch.
