Whether you want a chic silhouette topper or delicate gold leaf accents, our focus is on clean, modern aesthetics that taste just as good as they look. If you have a specific color palette or style in mind, let's chat about how we can design your cake to match the vibe of your event. ### Modern Artistry on Your Table Our approach to modern design is about clean lines and thoughtful details. We love working with contemporary styles like ombre finishes, gold leaf detailing, and minimalist piping. Because we believe a cake should be delicious first, we only use fondant for the artistic toppers—never for covering the entire cake. ### Customizing Your Celebration Every design you see here started as a conversation. Maybe you want a specific silhouette to represent your family, or perhaps you've seen a trendy 'window' design you'd love to try. We take your ideas and adapt them using our signature 100% eggless sponge. From Belgian Mocha hearts to modern multi-tiered structures, we make sure the design fits the scale of your event. ### Built for Perfection One thing we've learned over the years is that modern, tall, or tiered designs need extra care. If you are ordering a larger celebration cake, we don't just hand it over to a delivery agent. Our team travels to the venue to assemble it on-site. This ensures that the delicate piping, gold leaf, and structural elements arrive exactly as we intended, giving you one less thing to worry about on your big day. ### Our Process - **Consultation:** We discuss your theme, guest count, and preferred flavor profile. - **Design:** We sketch out the aesthetic, choosing the right mix of buttercream, edible gold, and toppers. - **Preparation:** All cakes are baked fresh using quality, natural ingredients. - **Assembly:** For grand designs, we handle the setup at your venue. ## About Brown Bakery My team and I at B.R.O.W.N Bakery obsess over the details, from getting that perfect gold leaf placement to hand-piping every single petal. We want your cake to be the highlight of your celebration, not just another dessert. Making your theme come to life with a mix of art and sugar is my favourite part of the job.
