We do not use store-bought cheese either. We make our own mozzarella from 100% cow milk fresh three times a day, ensuring it melts exactly the way it should in our wood-fired oven. It is simple, honest food made without shortcuts. ### Authentic Wood-Fired Pizza Everything we do starts with the oven. We use real wood-fired heat to get that perfect leopard-spotted char on our sourdough crusts. Whether you are grabbing a classic Margherita or something with more toppings, the high heat locks in the flavor of our fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. ### The Brik Oven Deli We realized early on that great pizza needs great ingredients, so we started making them ourselves. Now, you can take the Brik Oven experience home. Our deli counters stock the same fresh mozzarella, creamy burrata, and ricotta we use in our kitchens. We also bake our own naturally leavened sourdough loaves and hand-rolled bagels daily, all without preservatives or additives. ### Where To Find Us We have grown from a small dream into 10 locations across Bengaluru. From the energy of Church Street to the relaxed vibes in HSR and Indiranagar, each spot is designed for you to hang out with friends or bring your family.
