One thing you will notice immediately is our focus on the live experience, especially with our chaat and tandoor counters. We do not just drop off food; our uniformed team manages the live setup, ensuring your guests get hot Golgappe or fresh Tandoori Roti right when they want it, not hours before the party starts. ### Tradition Meets Taste For three decades, we have believed that food is an emotion. Whether it is a wedding in Noida or a small birthday get-together, our approach remains the same: 100% vegetarian, authentic, and cooked with shuddh (pure) desi ghee. You get home-style flavors that your guests will actually remember. ### Why Our Clients Choose Us * **Quality Ingredients:** No compromises here. We use premium ingredients to ensure the taste stays authentic, whether it is our rich Dal Makhani or signature Jalebis. * **Live Setup Expertise:** Our teams are trained to handle high-pressure environments. From managing the flow at a buffet to the energy of a live chaat stall, we keep things moving so you can focus on your guests. * **Professionalism:** We know that a great caterer is invisible but reliable. Our staff is always uniformed, smiling, and prompt with refilling and cleanup. * **Packaging That Matters:** If you are ordering via our cloud kitchen or looking for event catering, we prioritize packaging that keeps your food fresh and spill-free until it hits the table. ### Planning Your Event We handle everything from standard North Indian buffets starting at ₹600 per plate to elaborate wedding feasts with live dessert studios. If you are just looking for a fun evening, our Live Chaat & High-Tea Kiosks are a hit for casual gatherings. We are based in Sector 122 and serve the entire Delhi NCR region. ## About Kharya's Brijwasi I am the face behind Brijwasi, and after 30 years, I still get the same joy from seeing a guest smile after that first bite.
