I do not believe in keeping food sitting in chafing dishes for hours. Whether it is crispy Aloo Tikki or piping hot tandoori rotis, we prep everything on-site so your guests get that fresh, sizzling bite every single time. I have been in this industry for over 30 years, and for me, the magic is in the details. My kitchen runs on a simple philosophy: if I would not serve it at my own family table, it does not go on yours. Everything I cook is 100% vegetarian, relying on old-school recipes that prioritize quality ingredients over shortcuts. ### Why my catering stands out * **Authentic Flavors:** From my creamy Dal Makhani to the signature paneer gravies, I ensure the taste feels like home cooking, not mass-produced banquet food. * **Live Counters:** This is where the energy happens. My Golgappa and Tandoor stations are not just about food, they are about the experience. Guests love the interaction and the freshness of the hot, made-to-order snacks. * **Pure Desi Ghee Sweets:** My roots are in mithai. I use pure desi ghee for everything from Jalebi to my assorted Ladoos. These are perfect for wedding favors or as the grand finale to your event buffet. * **Professional Execution:** I know that as a host, you have enough to worry about. My staff arrives in uniform, handles the entire setup, and manages the cleanup. Whether it is a high-pressure corporate meeting or a big fat wedding, I bring the same level of discipline and care to the service. ## About Kharya's Brijwasi I started Brijwasi with a simple aim: bringing real, home-style taste to your biggest days. I focus on the little things, like ensuring the rotis are hot and the mithai is made with pure desi ghee, so you can just enjoy the party.
