At our Ramjas Complex base, you will train 4 to 6 days a week, not just on your technique but on your mental match temperament. Whether you are aiming for the Delhi Under-19 or Under-23 squads, the expectation is simple: you put in the hours on the turf, and we provide the scientific drills and DDCA scouting pathways to get you there. ### The Bright Approach to Women's Cricket Our program exists because Delhi's female cricketers need more than just space to bowl—they need a structure that mirrors the competitive reality of the sport. We do not treat women's cricket as an afterthought. It is a core pillar of our club. **Scientific Training, Real Results** Training here means moving beyond boring, repetitive nets. We utilize our 6000 sq. ft. cage arena and 17-foot wide nets at the Ramjas Sports Complex to simulate high-pressure scenarios. You will rotate through astro turf, cement, and true turf wickets to ensure you are comfortable playing in any match condition. Our sessions are led by ICC and NIS-certified coaches who focus on specific technical breakdowns—from pace and spin mechanics to fielding agility. **The Pathway to DDCA** We measure our success by the players who transition from our nets to the state team. Players like Mahi Chauhan and Aarti Kumari are proof of the 'resurgence of Bright.' We facilitate direct scouting for Delhi State teams, including U-19, U-23, and Senior Women's categories. If you are serious about playing professionally, this is where you build the foundation. **What to Expect** * **Schedule:** 4 to 6 days a week. * **Focus:** Technical drills, mental conditioning, and match-simulation. * **Requirement:** You must own your own pads, gloves, and bat. * **Culture:** Disciplined, rigorous, and completely focused on merit. If you have the drive, we have the resources to help you compete at the highest level. We don't care about your starting point—we care about your fight. ## About Bright Cricket Club We are Bright Cricket Club, and we have been at the heart of Delhi cricket since 1980. Our women's program is built on the same 'Heart and Fight' philosophy that has defined our legacy, providing a space where talent is scouted, refined, and given a direct path to the state level.
