3-4 days/week training on Turf, Cement, and Astro wickets with focus on technique and discipline.

#### Core Training

*   **Surfaces:** Practice on three distinct wicket types: Astro Turf (technique), Cement (pace), and True Turf (spin/seam).
*   **Drills:** Guided bowling machine sessions for shot repetition and high-repetition fielding circuits.

#### Physical & Tech
*   **Conditioning:** Specific agility routines using tyres/hurdles and high-volume skipping targets (10,000 skips/quarter).
*   **App Access:** usage of NCB ACE App for schedule management and basic feedback.
*   **Assessment:** Quarterly reviews mapping skill, speed, and agility.

#### Important Notes
*   **Batch Size:** Group coaching format (Approx. 1:15 to 1:20 ratio).
*   **Kit:** Students must bring their own personal cricket kit (Bat, pads, helmet, gloves).

### Senior League & Professional Training

Advanced tactical training with center wicket simulations and eligibility for DDCA League selection (Div A & B).

I’ve been part of Delhi’s cricket journey since 1980, carrying forward Prof. NC Bakshi’s legacy. For me, it’s all about finding real fight in every cricketer. *Humara kaam hai* (Our job is) to spot talent, push limits, and blend old-school discipline with new-school methods. If you’re looking for DDCA league pathway, you’re in the right place.

The grind here isn’t easy. You’ll sweat, you’ll struggle, and you’ll improve.

- Batting, pace, spin, and fielding - we cover all skills.
- Practice with bowling machines, on turf, astro, and cement, so you’re ready for anything.
- Skipping, shuttle runs, agility drills, and modern circuit training for fitness.
- Competitive drills, match simulations, and meditation for game sense and mental strength.
- Coaches shout *Shabash!* (Well done!), but you have to earn it.

### The Ground and the Gear

I train at NCB ACE Arena, West Patel Nagar. It’s got:

- 17-feet wide nets for free shot-making
- 6000 sq. ft. caged high-intensity area
- Lush green ground for matches
- Tech-driven feedback through our app

I’m not just another coach. I’m the official training partner for Bright Cricket Club and Rajinder Nagar Cricket Club, giving you direct entry to DDCA leagues. Scholarships and guidance for talented players. Over 40 state players trained here - but you gotta have the fight.

### Who Can Join

*Chahe woh bachcha ho ya senior player* (kid or senior), if you’re hungry for cricket, I’ve got a slot for you. Youngsters (11-17), ambitious pros (U-16, U-19, U-23), female cricketers, and working professionals (26+) - all welcome.

### My story

Hum Bright Cricket Club hain, Dilli ke sabse purane cricket clubs mein se ek. 1980 se chalu, Professor NC Bakshi ki wajah se. Unki legacy hum sab Brightons leke chal rahe hain - yeh safar aasaan nahi tha, lekin humne haar nahi maani. Resurgence hua, 6-7 saal lag gaye, par Premium-I division wapas aa gaye. Yahan cricket sirf game nahi hai, yeh junoon hai. Janmashtami pe havan karte hain, roots se jude hain. Bakshi sir ko proud feel karana hi goal hai. Amen.

- **Cricket Training & Competitive Teams**: We run cricket training programs, league teams (Bright CC & Rajinder Nagar CC), camps, and trials for all ages.
- **Coaching for Everyone**: Chota bachcha ho ya working pro - sabke liye batch hai. Scholarships, fee discounts bhi milte hain, merit pe.
- **Intense Scientific Training**: Scientific cricket training, custom cricket drills like Star Drill, hurdles, cones, even uneven surfaces. Boring nets nahi, real match ka feel.
- **Top Facilities**: Ramjas Sports Complex - 17-feet nets, 6000 sq ft high-cage fielding arena, lush ground. Sab kuch milta hai.
- **Pathway to Professional Cricket**: Hum DDCA-affiliated club hain, top division mein khelte hain. Yahan se Delhi state team ka raasta khulta hai.
