## About Behind the Scenes: The Making of a Bride

Most clients notice the glow in the final photos, but the real precision is in the base work. When I am prepping acne-prone skin or setting a traditional Nauvari drape, I use a high-definition layering technique that ensures the makeup does not look heavy after hours of rituals. You will see this layering approach in my process videos because it is the only way to get that skin-like finish that survives the humidity of a Mumbai wedding.

### How We Build Your Look

People often ask if makeup changes who they are. My answer is always the same: it should just make you feel like a more confident version of yourself. Whether we are doing a trial in my Mumbai studio or getting ready on location for a destination wedding, the process is always the same.

* **Skin Prep:** Every look starts with hydration. For sensitive or textured skin, I use a gentle CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) routine to ensure your base sits comfortably for hours.
* **Technique:** Whether you prefer airbrush for a matte, long-lasting finish or traditional HD fluid foundation for a dewy look, I customize the application to your skin type.
* **Hairstyling:** From complex South Indian Jada braids with fresh gajra to modern Hollywood waves, my team and I spend time ensuring the structure holds up through the dancing and the rituals.

### Why Process Matters

I share these behind-the-scenes glimpses because I want you to see the reality behind the glamour. When you watch a video of me working, you are seeing how we handle challenges, like creating a cut-crease for a Sangeet or securing a heavy dupatta. It is messy, it takes focus, and sometimes I get nervous, but that is how we get to the final result where you look in the mirror and say, khup chaan (so beautiful).
