We look at the light path and structural load capacity of your terrace or balcony first. It is the boring technical part that prevents future water leakage and ensures your WPC decking stays level over time, so you can focus on the planting, not the repairs. We approach every project with the mindset that a garden is a living system, not just a decorative finish. Whether it is a penthouse rooftop in Bengaluru or a villa backyard in the NCR region, our process remains rooted in architectural precision. ### Why the Transformation Process Matters Most homeowners see a blank terrace as a space for pots. We see a blank terrace as a structural challenge. Before any aesthetic choice like artificial turf or hanging lights is made, we assess the site for drainage slopes and waterproofing history. This prevents the most common issue in urban landscaping: water logging. ### Our Approach to Hardscape and Softscape We balance heavy structural elements with layered greenery. * **Civil Foundation:** For rooftop projects, we use lightweight WPC decking strips and CNC-cut metal screens that provide privacy without adding excessive dead weight to your building structure. * **Planting Strategy:** We do not rely on generic nursery stock. We select plants based on your specific micro-climate. If your balcony gets harsh afternoon sun, we focus on hardy, shade-tolerant species or drought-resistant tropicals that require minimal maintenance. * **Integration:** The final result should feel like an extension of your indoor living room. By using cohesive flooring, integrated lighting, and modular furniture, we blur the line between where the house ends and the garden begins. ### Turning Vision into Reality Every project shown here began with a simple on-site chat. We create 3D renders so you can see how the morning light hits your new pergola or how your vertical garden will look in the evening. Our goal is to hand over a space that you will actually use daily, not just a showpiece that stays locked behind a glass door. ## About Brick and Blooms At Brick & Blooms, we thrive on that restless excitement when we see a blank space.
