Whether it is a powder-coated MS pergola for shade or WPC decking for the floor, we focus on high-grade material longevity so your rooftop remains functional and safe through all seasons, not just the pleasant ones. Your rooftop is often the most underutilized area of your property. We treat it as an extension of your indoor living space, ensuring the transition from inside to outside is seamless. Our process begins with a site visit to assess structural load, drainage, and sun orientation, which are critical for any rooftop installation. ### The Design & Build Process We move beyond simple aesthetics. Our design phase involves creating 2D layouts and 3D visualizations so you can see exactly how the pergola will cast shade or where the bar counter will sit before we start building. We handle the heavy lifting: from structural MS fabrication for pergolas to laying WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking that is rot-proof and anti-slip. ### Why Structure Matters Landscaping on a roof is different from ground-level work. We pay close attention to: * **Weight Distribution:** Selecting lightweight FRP planters that look substantial but won't stress your roof slab. * **Drainage Layers:** Installing proper drainage mats beneath the greenery to prevent water seepage into the building structure. * **Lighting:** Using concealed cabling and weather-rated fixtures to create the right mood without exposing electrical components to the elements. ### Types of Spaces We Create * **Cafe & Lounge Zones:** Ideal for commercial properties, featuring bar counters, custom seating, and ambient lighting. * **Personal Retreats:** Private areas with vertical gardens, comfortable loungers, and greenery to offer privacy from neighboring buildings. * **Pergola Extensions:** Defining areas with steel or wooden structures that offer protection while keeping the space airy. If you have a concrete slab or an open terrace sitting empty, it is a blank canvas. Let us help you figure out what works for your space. ## About Brick and Blooms We are Brick & Blooms.
