Our players complete 15 to 20 hours of on-pitch training every week, covering everything from technical footwork to full 11v11 match simulations. Whether it is a sunny morning or a rainy afternoon, our training schedule remains consistent because true resilience is built on the pitch, not the sidelines. ### Our Approach to Training Football is a language of muscle memory and split-second decisions. At our academy, we break down the game into its core components.
