Behind every medal is a child who learned to handle pressure with a calm mind, using techniques we practice every week to stay focused and resilient, no matter the intensity of the competition stage. Success in competitions is often the visible result of internal growth. When our students walk into the BrainoBrainfest or a Zonal Competition, they are not just performing mental math calculations. They are utilizing the concentration, multitasking, and visualization skills we cultivate in our Ratan Lal Nagar center. We prepare children for these events not by drilling them with endless test papers, but by building their emotional intelligence and self-esteem. Competitions act as a safe space where children learn to define their own vision, manage their time, and accept challenges with a positive attitude. This approach has led our students to secure top ranks consistently at state and international levels, competing against thousands of children from dozens of countries. Whether it is the pressure of a public speaking round or the strict time constraints of an abacus math exam, our students learn to thrive because they know how to tap into their own potential. We focus on: * **Mental Clarity:** Techniques to maintain focus even in large, crowded competition halls. * **Emotional Regulation:** Managing pre-event anxiety so it transforms into performance energy. * **Strategic Thinking:** Learning how to approach complex problems with confidence. Winning a trophy is a moment of pride, but the real reward is the lasting change in the child. They return from these events with a stronger belief in their ability to conquer whatever comes next, whether it is a board exam or a new personal challenge. ## About Riya Sajnani I believe every child has a champion within them waiting to emerge. At BrainoBrain, I help them find that inner drive so they can walk onto any stage—or into any exam hall—with absolute confidence and a smile.
