In our studio, we dedicate time to selecting your best pieces, ensuring they meet the specific technical standards for Code 225 and 332 before you ever step foot in the exam hall. ### Understanding Your NIOS Painting Syllabus The NIOS painting practicals (Code 225 for Grade 10 and 332 for Grade 12) require more than just artistic flair. They require understanding specific techniques like object study, nature study, and memory composition. Many students arrive at our HSR Layout studio feeling confused by the vague guidelines in the handbook. We strip that back to basics. ### How We Prepare You * **NIOS 10th (Code 225):** We focus on realistic rendering, focusing heavily on light, shadow, and basic perspective. You will practice object study until it becomes muscle memory. * **NIOS 12th (Code 332):** We move into memory composition and folk art techniques like Madhubani and Warli. We also spend time on advanced mediums like acrylics and watercolors, specifically wet-on-wet techniques. * **The Portfolio:** This is often the part students ignore until the last minute. We treat your portfolio as a visual story of your progress, ensuring it is ready for submission. ### Why Practice at the Studio Matters It is easy to paint at home, but painting under a time constraint is different. We run mock sketching sessions that simulate the pressure of the practical exam. You get used to the timing, the equipment, and the types of technical questions examiners ask during the Viva prep. Our studio provides the physical space you need—easels, drawing boards, and still-life setups—so you can practice exactly the way you will perform on the exam day. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we ensure every student leaves with the confidence to handle their NIOS practicals without stress. ## About BrainArt Studio I am the lead instructor at BrainArt Studio, and I believe art exams shouldn't be stressful. I work with students one-on-one to master the specific techniques required for NIOS painting practicals, ensuring you are ready for the big day.
