It is about how you move your feet before the ball arrives. I watch how you rotate your hips and where your elbow points during a throw. If you are stiff, you lose power. Relax karo body, and we will get your throwing accuracy right. Many players think fielding practice is just catching balls, but that is the wrong approach. You need to be an athlete on the field. In our sessions, we break down the mechanics: how you bend your knees, your balance when you move to the ball, and the timing of your release. We use agility drills to make sure you are in the right position before you even touch the ball. ### Why Fielding Drills Matter - **Throwing Accuracy:** If your elbow is stiff, your throw will go wide. We fix the arc and the follow-through so your returns are consistent. - **Reflexes:** Using short-distance drills, we train your eyes and hands to react instantly to edges and deflections. - **Movement:** You have to anticipate where the ball is going. We teach you how to read the batsman and adjust your body weight early. These drills are part of our wider training at the BPCA ground in Armane Nagar. Whether you are aiming for the U-14 squad or looking to refine your skills for the KSCA league, you need to put in the hard work on the field, not just in the nets. If you want to be a complete cricketer, you cannot ignore the ground.
