When students like Shikhar or Chandasi get selected for state teams like Karnataka or the BCCI tournaments, it is because we spent weeks on biomechanical drills, tactical simulations, and mental conditioning. My goal is to get you match-ready so when the pressure is high, your technique holds firm. Getting selected for the BCCI Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy or the CK Nayudu Trophy isn't luck. It is about consistent application of the basics we teach at Strive & Shine Cricket Academy. ### The Pathway to Selection Our students follow a rigorous path that transforms natural talent into technical precision: * **Biomechanical Foundation:** Before a player can shine, we fix the basics. We use multi-angle video analysis to correct head tilt, foot alignment, and release points. If the action is flawed, the results will be inconsistent. * **Match Simulation:** It is one thing to bowl well in the nets and another to defend 26 runs in 36 balls under lights. We simulate high-pressure scenarios to ensure players know how to bowl with a plan. * **Tactical Awareness:** We teach our bowlers to read the batsman's trigger movements. It is not just about spinning the ball; it is about setting up a wicket. Whether it is a googly, an arm ball, or a carrom ball, the variation must be hidden. ### Why Our Approach Works Many academies focus on volume. We focus on quality. A student like Shikhar Shetty doesn't just bowl; he assesses the conditions, handles the pressure, and executes under the watchful eye of selectors. We treat every net session like a match, using targets and pressure-cooker environments to build mental toughness. When you train with us, you are not just getting coaching; you are getting a roadmap to the state team. If you are serious about your cricket career, let’s get to work on your action and your mindset. ## About Strive and Shine Spin Bowling Academy I do not believe in fancy promises, only in honest work. When you join my academy, I look at your game from every angle—your grip, your biomechanics, and your mindset—to ensure you are ready for the big stage. My students' results are the only proof I need that this process works.
