### Diagnostic Video Analysis & Assessment

A 90-minute evaluation using multi-angle video analysis to identify biomechanical flaws and establish a technical correction roadmap.

Typically ₹2,000-3,000 per session (estimate)

#### Technical Assessment
* **Video-Based Action Analysis:** High-frame-rate recording (Side-on, Front-on, and Back-on) to spot biomechanical inefficiencies like hip collapse or head tilt.
* **Release Point Check:** Close-up slow-motion analysis of finger gaps and seam orientation at the point of release.
* **Stride Alignment Test:** Floor marker testing of front-foot heel and back-foot toe alignment to ensure energy flows towards the target.

#### Coaching & Feedback
* **SWOT Analysis:** Immediate verbal breakdown of natural strengths (turn/drift) versus technical weaknesses (body drive/speed).
* **Roadmap Creation:** A structured outline of specific drills required to fix the action over the coming weeks.
* **Facility Access:** Exclusive usage of a single net (Astroturf or Turf) with full run-up space.

### Monthly Action Remodeling Package

Intensive 8 to 12 session program focused on reconstructing bowling action through isolation drills and weekly video progress checks.

Typically ₹13-17K per month (estimate)

#### Biomechanical Correction
* **Isolation Drills:** Segmented action training including 'Back Leg Hurdle Drive' for momentum and 'Elevated Finish' boxes for high release points.
* **Power Generation:** Rotational body release drills using medicine balls to engage core and hips rather than just the arm.
* **Run-Up Standardization:** Measuring and tape-marking the run-up to ensure consistent momentum gathering at the crease.

#### Progress & Equipment
* **Weekly Video Review:** Periodic recording to compare against baseline footage and validate 'Before & After' transformation.
* **Full Equipment Access:** Usage of resistance bands for arm speed, weighted balls for power, and target cones for accuracy.
* **Live Net Bowling:** Transition to turf wickets to test the remodeled action against real bounce and turn.

### Advanced Variations & Match Strategy

Elite-level training for variation mastery (Googly/Arm-ball), match simulation scenarios, and tactical preparation for selection trials.

Typically ₹18-22K per month (estimate)

#### Advanced Skill Acquisition
* **Variation Mastery:** Specialized grip and release training for the Googly, Arm Ball, or Carrom Ball with disguised arm speed.
* **Revolutions Training:** Intense wrist and finger-work drills to maximize RPMs for drift and dip.
* **Target Bowling:** Precision 'spot bowling' drills requiring consistent hitting of Good Lengths or Yorkers.

#### Match Simulation
* **Scenario Training:** Bowling with specific field placements simulations to practice defending low totals.
* **Mindset Strategy:** Training on reading batter trigger movements and setting up wickets (e.g., bowling wide to induce drives).
* **Reflex Fielding:** Specific 'Caught & Bowled' drills emphasizing follow-through readiness.

## About 1-on-1 Spin Bowling Coaching

I believe spin bowling is a mind game first. It's not just about spinning the ball – it's about outsmarting every batsman, every over. Ball daalne se pehle sochna hai (You have to think before bowling the ball). This is the core of my coaching: blending skill, mindset, and strategy.

### Who I Coach

Whether you bowl off spin, leg spin, wrist spin, or have your own mystery style – I work with all. Age and skill level don’t matter. If you're just starting, fixing your action, or prepping for a big season, I tailor everything for you.

### How We Work

Yahaan (Here), I look at the whole picture. We start with a bowling action video analysis, breaking down your technique. Then, step by step:
- Grip, run-up, alignment – sorted
- Body mechanics – hip rotation, front arm, weight transfer
- Release and follow-through – maximum effort, no shortcuts

### Beyond Technique

Once your action is solid, we move to tactics. You’ll learn how to bowl variations (Googly, Top Spinner, Arm Ball) and hide them from the batsman. We simulate match pressure, set plans, and focus on mental strength. Yochane maadi maadu (Think and do it).

### What You Get

This is 1-on-1. Your drills, your feedback, your path. We train on turf and astroturf, use resistance bands, hurdles, and more for personalized spin bowling drills. Night sessions available. No fancy promises, just honest coaching.

## Meet your expert

[Strive and Shine Spin Bowling Academy](https://mytribe.in/bowlspinwithss)

### My story

Strive & Shine Spin Bowling Academy started with a simple dream – ek ghar banana tha spinners ke liye (wanted to make a home for spinners). Yahaan, it’s not just bowling in nets. We talk mindset, nutrition, how to field off your own bowling. Players like Prayag, Reethu, Chandasi, even Ava from South Africa – unka progress hi asli reward hai (their progress is the real reward). Negative thoughts aate hai sabko (everyone gets negative thoughts), but we teach how to use that. Bas, har spinner ko shine karna hai (just want every spinner to shine).

### My work

- **Spin Bowling Camps & Personal Coaching**: We run specialised camps, 1-on-1 sessions, and cover all spin types – off-spin, leg-spin, left-arm, chinaman.
- **Holistic Spin Bowling Training**: Not just technique – we focus on mindset, nutrition, and deliberate practice. Aapko kaam karna hi padega (you have to work on it).
- **Personalised Video Analysis for Spinners**: Every detail checked – foot, hip, arm. Mistakes shown on video, with drills for correction.
- **Tactical Mindset Sessions for Bowlers**: We teach how to handle pressure, assess conditions, and bowl with a plan. No predictable bowling.
- **Match Simulation for Spin Bowlers**: Real match scenarios – like defending 26 in 36 balls – to make you match ready, smart, and unpredictable.
