One of us actually gets into the water with your dog to help them feel secure. We use ramps for easy access and plenty of floating toys to turn fear into curiosity. It is about building trust before they take their first real paddle. ### Why Swimming Works Swimming is a fantastic full-body workout that is incredibly gentle on a dog's joints. Whether your pup is an active retriever who loves the water or a nervous first-timer, the pool provides a perfect way to burn off energy and manage weight. Plus, in our intense summers, it is the safest way to help your dog beat the heat. ### Summer Care Tips for Your Dog We have seen thousands of dogs at our Dwarka and Gurugram locations, and we have learned a few things about summer survival: * **Mind the Paws:** Hot pavement and asphalt can burn paw pads instantly. Always try to walk your dog on grass or shaded paths. * **Grooming Matters:** It is tempting to shave your dog's coat to keep them cool, but don't go too short. A dog's coat provides natural insulation and protects them from the sun's harsh rays. * **Hydration is Key:** Always keep fresh, clean water available. If you are out, carry a portable bowl. * **The Right Time:** Avoid peak sun hours. Schedule exercise, walks, or play sessions for the cooler hours of the early morning or late evening. ### Why Bow Bow's Den? We are not a traditional kennel. We started this because we wanted a place for our own rescue, Tara, to be happy, and we treat every visitor with that same love. Our pool is designed for safety, with supervised sessions, hygienic water, and staff who aren't afraid to get wet to keep your dog comfortable. Whether you are coming for a private dip to help your dog get used to the water or joining one of our social 'Pupper Pool Parties', we make sure the environment is safe, cage-free, and full of positive vibes. ## About Bow Bow's Den We started this because we wanted a space for our own rescue, Tara, and all her friends to just be themselves. We aren't a kennel, we are a home. When we say we treat your dogs like our own babies, we truly mean it—every splash here comes with a whole lot of love and careful supervision.
