It began when our friends kept asking us to watch their dogs because they could not find a place that didn't feel like a cold, metal-caged kennel. We started in 2019 simply because we wanted a space where dogs could run, act goofy, and eat 'ghar ka khana' [home-style food] just like they do at home. If it is not good enough for our own rescue dog, Tara, it is not good enough for our guests. Our journey from watching friends' pets in our own home to hosting over 10,000 happy dogs across our Dwarka and Gurugram locations has one constant: we never built a kennel. We built a 'Den'. ### Why We Do It Differently When we realized that most boarding options involved locking pets in small, concrete cages for the majority of the day, we knew we had to change the script. At Bow Bow's Den, we prioritize 'leash-free' living. Your dog isn't just a guest; they are a member of our family for the duration of their stay. Whether it is a day boarding slot or a long-term stay, your pet spends their time playing on grassy lawns, socializing with other pups, or napping in our temperature-controlled rooms. ### Our Promise to You - **Safety First:** We don't just 'watch' dogs. We match them based on temperament, have one-on-one supervision, and keep our premises under CCTV surveillance. - **Health Standards:** To keep our community safe, we strictly enforce up-to-date vaccination records (including kennel cough and DHPPi) before any stay. - **Home-Style Care:** We skip the processed kibble for home-cooked meals tailored to your pet's preferences, from chicken and rice to veggies. - **Always Connected:** We know the anxiety of leaving your baby behind, so we send regular photo and video updates, keeping you in the loop while you are away. From our dedicated pet-friendly cafe and swimming pool to our on-site paravet support, we have covered every base to make sure your peace of mind is as guaranteed as your dog's happiness. ## About Bow Bow's Den I'm Manpreet, and along with my partner, I’ve built Bow Bow's Den to be the place we always wished we had for our own dogs. We don't run a kennel; we run a house where every visiting dog gets a belly rub, a warm meal, and a bed just like they'd have at home.
