This is how we begin our clay projects, by preparing the material from scratch using traditional methods like mixing and kneading by foot. This ensures the perfect consistency for our large scale sculptures and murals.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/70422220-a0b8-4c00-994c-302ab3d3bfcc) ## About Clay Murals & Sculpting We take the messy part of clay work seriously because that is where the magic happens. Before we even touch a sculpting tool, we spend hours preparing the river clay by hand. We wedge it, knead it, and get the consistency just right for large-scale relief work. It is a grounded, physical process that ensures your mural has the density and strength to last for years without cracks or structural issues. Our approach to clay art is all about the raw material. Whether we are building a large-scale relief mural or teaching a group how to sculpt, we start from scratch. We use high-quality river clay or terracotta, ensuring that every piece we create—be it a custom portrait, a company logo, or an abstract textured wall—is built to last. ### The Process We don't do short-cuts. From the initial ideation to the messy, manual preparation of clay, we walk you through every step. For those who want to learn, our workshops are essentially jam sessions. We teach you how to use wire loop tools, boxwood modeling tools, and how to handle the material for relief sculpting. ### Why Choose Clay? Clay art is therapeutic. It forces you to slow down, focus on the texture, and engage with the medium. We’ve seen corporate teams transform during our sessions, moving from stiff introductions to collaboratively building a massive, clay-relief installation in just a few hours. ### We Come to You We are a mobile studio. If you have a wall in your office or a space at home that needs a statement piece, we bring the boards, the clay, the protective gear, and the tools to your location in Bangalore. We handle the floor protection, the sculpting, and the finishing, so you get the art without the cleanup headache. ## About Bondasoup Art Studio We’re the Bondasoup boys, and for us, clay isn't just a medium—it’s a way to slow down. Whether we’re knee-deep in a massive relief mural or teaching a workshop, we love the raw, tactile process of shaping mud into art. We’ve been at this for 15 years, and honestly, nothing beats the feeling of turning a pile of river clay into something permanent.
