When I build these multi-tiered displays, I use specific doweling and center-pole mechanics to ensure they survive the Mumbai humidity and transport, so you never have to worry about a thing once it arrives at your venue. Your wedding or anniversary cake is often the centerpiece of the room, and I treat it with that level of respect. Whether you want a towering, gravity-defying structure that leaves guests wondering how it stays up, or a vintage-style cake with hand-painted details, I work with you to align the design with your event's theme. ### My Approach to Wedding Cakes - **Flavor & Stability:** I never use 'dummy' cakes. Every layer is fresh, baked from scratch, and engineered to hold its shape. My sponge recipes—from rich chocolate to exotic fruit—are tested to withstand our local climate, ensuring the finish remains sharp and the texture stays moist. - **Custom Finishes:** Whether you love the look of royal icing lacework, edible gold leaf, or modern rice paper sails, I apply these using techniques honed through years of practice. I also offer handmade cashew marzipan and fondant sculpting if you want personal elements like figurines on your cake. - **Transport & Logistics:** Being based in Mumbai, I know the city's traffic challenges well. I personally manage the delivery and final assembly for larger, complex cakes to ensure your design arrives in perfect condition. If you have a specific vision—maybe a theme from your engagement or a design you saw online—let’s talk. I enjoy taking on creative challenges, so feel free to bring your ideas, and we’ll figure out how to make them edible. ## About Bomberry Bakes I’m Prerana, and I believe your wedding cake should be as unique as your relationship.
