I personally choose scents that offer more than just a sweet smell, like the calming Vintage Gardenia or my own branded botanicals, to ensure they match the mood of the person receiving your gift. Finding the right aroma for a gift box is about creating a moment of calm. That is why I keep over 30 varieties of scents in stock, moving away from generic options to provide fragrances that feel intentional. ### Why the right scent matters Whether it is a housewarming surprise or a midnight anniversary gesture, the candle is often the first thing the recipient notices when they open the box. I look for scents that carry a personality, such as the warm, inviting notes of Sugar Cinnamon Donut or the fresh, earthy tones of Coconut and Driftwood. Each one is tested for longevity and throw to ensure it actually fills a room. ### Designing your hamper If you are struggling to decide, I am happy to help you pair the candle with other elements. We can match a bold, spicy fragrance with a gourmet chocolate tray for an evening celebration, or pair a soft, floral scent with a wellness kit for a relaxing self-care package. ### Visit the studio If you are in Mumbai, come by the Kandivali studio. You can smell the different candles, see the quality of the jars and the glow they cast, and we can discuss which scent fits the vibe you are going for. If you are ordering online, just let me know the occasion, and I will recommend the scents that have been hits for similar celebrations. ## About Bombay Hampers Hi, I am the face behind Bombay Hampers.
