Whether it is a grand ballroom staircase at The Leela or a minimalist lobby space, we integrate our floral arches and lighting to work with the existing layout, not just hide it. We use weighted, non-damaging frames that allow us to place large installations right where guests first walk in, ensuring the 'wow' factor happens the second they step through the doors. ### Creating the First Impression Your guests decide how they feel about the event the moment they step off the elevator or through the main doors. A beautiful, cohesive entrance bridges the gap between the outside world and the atmosphere we have built inside the ballroom. We focus on 'arrival architecture'—using florals, lighting, and signage to guide guests naturally from the parking area to the registration desk, and finally into the main event space. ### Our Design Approach - **Grand Arches & Tunnels:** We construct immersive tunnels using everything from fresh roses and tuberoses to modern, LED-lit geometric frames. These create a sense of transition, making the entrance feel like a deliberate change of space. - **Signage with Personality:** A welcome sign should not just be a board. We integrate neon typography, acrylic panels, and custom calligraphy, all framed by high-density floral clusters that match your main stage decor. - **Lighting & Ambiance:** We use par-cans and soft focus lighting to ensure your entrance is perfectly lit for photos, avoiding the harsh shadows that often ruin lobby entryways. - **Pathways:** Whether it is a hotel corridor or an outdoor lawn, we use floral pedestals, brass lamps, and floor-level runners to create a clear, elegant path for guests to walk through. ### Logistics for Hotel Weddings Working in luxury hotels like the JW Marriott or The Westin comes with strict rules about loading, weight, and fire safety. Because we have years of experience in these venues, we know exactly what is allowed. We do not use nails or heavy drills on hotel property. Instead, we use specialized floor-standing bases and trussing systems that are stable, safe, and easily removable. This means you do not have to worry about venue permissions or hidden damages. We handle the coordination with the hotel banqueting team so your arrival experience is seamless from the moment the first guest arrives. ## About Lotus Events & Entertainment We are the team that speaks in flowers, lights, and that bit of Mumbai magic. We do not believe in standard packages; we believe in transforming hotel ballrooms into a story that feels entirely yours. Whether you want a dramatic floral tunnel or a sleek, modern welcome area, we handle every detail so you can just enjoy the party.
