Whether you prefer an open pergola structure with cascading tuberoses or a heavy canopy of roses, we ensure the design supports clear sightlines for photography while maintaining a traditional, grounded feel. The ceremony setup defines the aesthetic of your entire wedding. Our approach starts with the structural foundation, whether it is a 12ft by 12ft open canopy for outdoor venues or a reinforced frame for indoor hotel ballrooms. We prioritize floral longevity, using high-density applications of fresh Mogra, Tuberose, and Roses to ensure the mandap looks fresh from the first ritual to the final vow. We have extensive experience working with venue regulations at premium Mumbai properties like The Leela, The Westin, and ITC Maratha. This means we understand the specific height restrictions, load-bearing requirements, and electrical safety standards required by these hotels. Our team manages the entire installation process, from the initial floral heavy canopy to the precise placement of Haveli chairs, Patlas, and the Havan Kund. Key elements we focus on include: - Structural Integrity: Using fiber pillars or fabric-draped trusses that provide a clean, elegant look while remaining sturdy. - Lighting Placement: We integrate subtle LED candles and wash lighting to ensure the couple is well-lit for professional photography without blinding glare. - Cultural Details: We incorporate traditional elements like hanging brass bells, crystal strings, or stacked kalash accents that honor tradition while maintaining a modern, polished look. Whether you are planning a traditional ceremony with a dome-shaped jasmine canopy or a modern wedding with a sleek, minimalist floral arch, we tailor the decor to match the venue's specific layout and your personal style. ## About Lotus Events & Entertainment We are Bombay Decorators, a team that treats your wedding like our own.
