## About Grand Entrances & Walkways

When guests arrive, the entrance sets the expectation for the entire evening. We do not just put up a structure; we focus on how the light hits the floral textures and how the walkway flows into the main hall. Whether we are working with the marble architecture of a hotel lobby or a garden pathway, we ensure the design feels intentional and cohesive with your venue.

Your entrance acts as a prologue to your event. It is the moment the venue transforms into your private narrative. We have worked extensively with venues like The Leela and JW Marriott, where we often adapt our designs to the existing lobby architecture rather than fighting against it.

We typically categorize our entrance design into three distinct styles:

* **Floral-Forward:** Using seasonal blooms, dried pampas grass, and lush greenery to create organic arches. These work beautifully for daytime ceremonies or intimate lobby welcomes.
* **Modern & Geometric:** Utilizing LED frames, geometric panels, and custom neon signage. This style offers a high-impact contrast that creates a compelling photo opportunity for guests.
* **Personalized Storytelling:** Incorporating large format photo prints, framed by elegant floral arrangements, that guide guests through your journey as a couple.

Our process starts by assessing your venue's footprint. We consider foot traffic flow, natural lighting conditions, and the specific aesthetic of your reception theme. A grand staircase requires a different scale and approach than a standard banquet hall door, and we tailor the structural elements accordingly. We handle the logistical heavy lifting, including overnight fabrication, so your entrance is ready before the first guest arrives. This attention to logistics ensures that the grand floral arch or walkway you see in our gallery is precisely what your guests encounter on the day of the event.
