We typically need just 45 to 90 minutes to transform your space, so you can easily head out for a meal or movie while we handle the setup magic. ### Our Approach to Romantic Surprises We believe a surprise doesn't need a huge budget to feel like a grand gesture. Whether it is an anniversary, a proposal, or just a random 'I love you' evening, we focus on the small details that make the biggest impact. **Where We Set Up** * **Hotel Room Makeovers:** The most popular choice for a weekend getaway. We handle the balloon volume, petal scattering, and fairy light arrangement without you having to lift a finger. * **Home & Bedroom Surprises:** Turn your own space into a private sanctuary. From canopy tents with glowing fairy lights to floor-to-ceiling balloon art, we customize the layout to fit your room. * **Terrace & Private Venues:** For an outdoor feel, we set up bohemian-style tents, floral arches, and seating areas perfect for a dinner date under the stars. ### What You Get We keep things transparent. Our packages include the decor setup, balloon styling (metallic and pastel mixes), LED fairy lights, and custom touches like photo ribbons or neon signage. We handle the execution from start to finish across Mumbai and New Mumbai. ### Customization Got a specific vision? We are all ears. If you have seen a design on Pinterest or want a specific color theme, just share the reference with us. We love bringing fresh, quirky ideas to life rather than just sticking to cookie-cutter templates. Ready to pull off the ultimate surprise? Reach out and let's get planning. ## About Bombay Events We're the team behind your favorite 'ooh and aah' moments in Mumbai.
