You will often hear me say, 'Ruko' (Hold) because true strength comes from correct alignment. We use wall ropes, wooden blocks, and metal chairs to support your body, ensuring you learn to hold poses safely and build endurance without forcing your joints. Whether you are a beginner on the mat or an advanced practitioner, the goal at Body Temple Yoga Studio is consistent: shining a light into the darkest corners of the body through precision. I started this space six years ago with the intention of building a community, not just a classroom. You will find that our practice is rooted in Iyengar-inspired techniques, where props are not crutches but tools for deeper understanding and recovery. We keep the batches small, typically 10 to 15 students, which allows me or my senior instructors to provide the hands-on correction you actually need. We cater to diverse needs, including therapeutic programs for orthopedic and cardiac issues, prenatal support with Garbh Sanskar, and dedicated ladies-only batches. Our schedule is designed to fit your life, running from morning to evening across the work week. Beyond the asanas, we integrate pranayama, sound healing, and simple meditation practices like Trataka to help with mental clarity. If you are struggling with a specific injury or simply want to improve your posture, we take the time to modify sequences so they work for your specific anatomy. Thoda time toh lagega (it will take some time), but the progress we make together is sustainable and real. ## About Body Temple Yoga Studio I am Abhishek Khurana.
