Our classes cover stand-up Judo and ground-based BJJ, focusing on technique and leverage rather than brute strength. If you have the will to show up consistently, we provide the training to sharpen your mind and fortify your spirit. At Bodhiraan, we operate on a simple principle: grit over glory. Located in Sector 38, Gurugram, our facility is equipped with 1500 sq ft of interlocking mats designed for safety and intense training. We move away from generic fitness routines, focusing instead on specialized combat arts: * Judo (The Gentle Way): Master *Nage-waza* (throws) and *Ukemi* (break-falls) to neutralize opponents efficiently using balance and leverage. * BJJ & Grappling: Understand ground control, passing, and submissions, including triangle chokes and armbars. We train in both Gi and No-Gi formats. * Inclusive Training: We are a tribe. From 8-year-old kids learning discipline to women mastering practical self-defense and athletes prepping for MMA tournaments, everyone trains together. Our classes run Monday through Friday. There are no shortcuts here. Our instructors, like Rahul Thapa, bring real fight experience to every drill.
