Whether it is our monthly potlucks, temple visits, or 'Bodhi Olympics' game days, these moments build the bonds that help us show up for each other when life gets difficult. It is the real difference between a gym membership and having a family in the city. When you walk into our studios in Indiranagar, HSR Layout, AECS Layout, or Austin Town, you are not just walking into a class. You are stepping into a support system. We believe that stress in a city like Bengaluru is inevitable, but isolation is optional. Our community is built on the idea that connection facilitates healing. We see people come in stiff and stressed after corporate meetings, and leave with a smile—not just because of the asanas, but because they shared a laugh or a cup of herbal tea with someone who understands their struggle. We host regular events to bridge the gap between 'studio time' and real life: * **Social Gatherings:** From community potlucks to festival celebrations, we break bread together to foster genuine friendship. * **Spiritual Outings:** We often organize group visits to local temples and satsangs, grounding our practice in tradition. * **Friendly Competition:** Our 'Bodhi Olympics' are a staple. We use props, games, and lighthearted challenges to remind everyone that yoga is meant to be fun, not just a rigid discipline. This isn't about finding the perfect pose. It is about finding a group of people who keep you accountable, lift your mood, and help you maintain that 24-hour smile. Whether you are a beginner or a long-time practitioner, our doors are open to those who want to be part of something real. ## About Bodhi School of Yoga I started Bodhi because I wanted to build the space I could never find in my corporate years—a place where success is measured by your peace of mind, not a paycheck. My team and I are here to guide you, not just through yoga asanas, but toward a life that feels lighter, more connected, and truly supported.
