We partner with confidence psychologist Mr. Vikramadithya to run regular mental toughness workshops that teach our players how to handle the nerves of a tournament, not just how to hit a topspin. This curriculum is a standard part of our training, ensuring that when you walk onto the court, your mindset is as sharp as your technique. ### Building a Champion’s Mindset Table tennis at the competitive level is as much about mental fortitude as it is about physical agility. At BNM, we recognize that skill without a strong foundation in emotional management leads to inconsistency. That is why our coaching philosophy extends beyond the table. Our training modules, led by Head Coach Krunal Telang, are structured to integrate high-intensity drills with specialized psychological sessions. ### The Role of Expert Mentorship We believe that guidance should come from specialists. While Coach Krunal focuses on the precision of your strokes—correcting service techniques and improving rally duration—our mental conditioning partner, Mr. Vikramadithya, works with players to decouple anxiety from performance. You will learn to establish pre-match routines, manage emotional spikes during tight games, and maintain focus throughout long tournament days. ### Why This Works - **Structured Routine:** We help players build professional habits, treating every practice session as a stepping stone toward state and national ranking goals. - **Collaborative Environment:** We maintain a partnership between coaches, parents, and players. We regularly hold sessions for parents, ensuring that the support system at home aligns with the technical goals set at the academy. - **Pro-Level Infrastructure:** With 9 ITTF-approved Stag tables and professional Teraflex flooring, the facility is designed to replicate tournament lighting and surface conditions, leaving no surprises when you compete outside our academy walls. ## About BNM Table Tennis Academy I’m Krunal Telang, and I’ve coached the Indian team at BRICS, but my real pride is watching our students hustle, grow, and believe in themselves. We run our academy like a big family, pushing each other to achieve our best while keeping the training environment supportive and disciplined.
