We don't just set up a bar; we map out the flow, ensuring your guests spend their time watching the game rather than waiting in a queue. Managing beverages at a sporting event is entirely different from a private party. You are dealing with time-sensitive crowds, high volume, and specific space constraints. Our high-volume event bar infrastructure is designed to handle this pressure. ### How we handle the rush We use 12ft heavy-duty bar stations designed to withstand crowd pressure, paired with non-slip flooring mats behind the bar for safety. Every station is managed by a 7-person team, including speed-pourers and a dedicated bar manager who oversees inventory and stock reconciliation. We don't just pour drinks; we manage the operation to ensure minimal wastage and maximum throughput. ### Requirements for your venue To keep our service seamless, we require the client to provide basic access to electricity, water connections, and nearby waste disposal points. We handle everything else, from the ice supply and garnishes to the speed pourers and spill mats. Whether it is a VIP lounge or a general spectator bar, we scale our team and equipment to match the venue’s capacity. ### Where we have been We have experience working in major venues like the KSCA stadium and covering high-profile events like the Bangalore Derby and various IPL fan parks. Our team understands the nuance of different sports fans and adapts the service style accordingly. ## About Mobi Bar We are Mobi-Bar, and we thrive on the chaotic energy of a live crowd. Whether it is a packed stadium or a trackside race, our crew knows how to keep the drinks moving while keeping the vibe sharp.
