We handle the operational heavy lifting, setting up the infrastructure—from 4ft sampling kiosks to 12ft high-volume bars—and training our crew to drive engagement so your product remains the focus. Brand activations are about making people stop and take notice. We help you achieve this through flexible mobile bar solutions tailored for trade expos, product launches, and festival crowds. We have worked with major names like Dewar's, Salud, and Bira, managing everything from vinyl decals on our carts to running guided tastings that drive actual product trials. ### Scaling Your Setup We understand that one size does not fit all. For intimate gatherings or booth-based sampling, our compact 4ft kiosks provide a branded footprint that fits easily into limited expo spaces. For major music festivals or sporting events where speed is critical, we deploy heavy-duty 12ft stations managed by a 7-person team. This setup includes crowd control stanchions and rapid inventory management to keep lines moving and beer flowing. ### The Operational Reality Our staff are more than just servers; they act as brand ambassadors. They arrive dressed to match your brand vibe and are trained to interact with customers, explain products, and facilitate tastings. We manage the ice, disposables, and cleanup. Please note that for all events in Karnataka, the client must secure the necessary excise licenses and supply the alcohol stock. We focus on the bar experience, ensuring that every pour reinforces your brand identity. ## About Mobi Bar We're Mobi-Bar, the team that thrives on the energy of a busy event. Whether it's a trade expo or a music festival, we bring the staff and the bar setup to make sure your brand isn't just seen, but remembered by every guest.
